Deducted Pay-As-You-Go Credit
We only send Premium SMS chargers to your mobile account after you or someone using your mobile has received and accepted a 08000 MUMDAD Reverse Charge Call.
In some cases, the Premium SMS’s charges to your account may take several days or even longer to arrive after the call was accepted. At the end of the call we send a Premium SMS charging the mobile account for payment of any such calls, except in the case where the mobile had no credit.
You or the person using your phone may accept a Reverse Charge Service even though there is no credit on the phone at the time of accepting the call. When this occurs, we send the Premium SMS charges debiting the mobile account when you next Top-Up. This is why on occasions a mobile may be charged today other than of the day the call was accepted.
Multiple Charges
In some cases you may receive multiple charges for a given call. This is because 08000 MUMDAD bills in Increments and charge by blocks of Premium SMS. click here... to see how !
Stop
The person who receives the call can choose to accept or reject the call after hearing the rates. 08000 MUMDAD is not a subscription service. Therefore, sending the word STOP from your mobile will not stop charges for Reverse Charge Services previously accepted.
Limited to the number of calls
To protect you from over usage, we limit the number of calls that a phone can receive per day.
Barring
You may request your number be barred from receiving Reverse Charge Service's, however, you will remain responsible for any outstanding amounts owed for previously accepted calls.

Messaging Service
In the event that you or the user of your phone rejected more than 10 calls, the following recorded announcement, would have been played…
"Hello this is 08000 MUMDAD You have someone on the line wishing to speak to you. However, before we can connect and play the name of the person calling you, we noticed you have already rejected 10 calls immediately after hearing the recorded name or short message. In our experience, this means you are likely to be using the service as a voice messaging service, this is also known as ghosting or pranking. 08000 MUMDAD calls can be very important and you just don't know when you might really need it, so we will not block your number. Alternatively, we are happy for you to use the service as a Voice Messaging Service, and you will be charged for each 3rd time you use the service this way at £0.50 per call charged to your mobile phone by Premium SMS in increments of £1.50, So to prevent your number from being permanently barred from using this service, press 1 now to accept the terms and conditions."
If you have received a pranking charge, you or someone using your phone must have opted in by pressing 1 at that time.
At the end of each third Voice Messaging Service, we send a Premium SMS notifying you of the charges, except in the case where the mobile had no credit at the time.
